Let’s officially kick off the Christmas preparations. Many dishes to prepare for both lunch and dinner to spend these holidays in the company of friends and relatives. Most will certainly be based on fish, but whatever your choice, make it unique with Rega tomatoes.

We just have to turn on the “stove” and wish you happy holidays with this squid and shrimp pasta.
• Calamari 400g
• Shrimps 200 g
• Garlic 2 cloves
• Rega cherry tomatoes
• White wine 1 glass
• Extra virgin olive oil q.b.
• Parsley to taste
Carefully clean the squid and prawns. Fry the squid and shrimp in a pan and deglaze with a glass of white wine. Add the Agriconserve Rega cherry tomatoes. Let everything cook on a fairly high flame for 10 minutes. In the meantime, cook the caserecce. Drain al dente and dip them in the previously prepared sauce; let it stir to combine all the flavors.
