INGREDIENTS TO MAKE SPAGHETTI ALLA MARINARA
Rega Peeled Tomatoes 400 gr
Spaghetti 350 g
Extra virgin olive oil
In a pan, fry the garlic cloves, cut into small pieces, with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. As soon as the garlic is golden, add the REGA peeled tomatoes. In the meantime, put a pot with plenty of salted water on the fire, bring to the boil and add the spaghetti. Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, until the sauce has reduced. Add the oregano to the sauce and keep the heat low to keep the sauce warm. Drain the pasta al dente and transfer it to the pan with the sauce. Mix everything well and if necessary add a little cooking water. For a strong flavor, add more oregano.
In a few minutes the spaghetti is ready!
