Cream of cannellini beans with Tuscan kale and spicy tomato sauce

• Base: Spicy tomato passata or canned tomatoes

Ingredients (2 people)
For the white cream:
• 1 can of drained cannellini beans
• 1 tablespoon of oil
• 1 ladle of broth or hot water
• Salt, pepper

For the green part:
• 100 g of kale in strips
• Oil, salt

For the spicy sauce:
• 200 ml of tomato passata
• Spicy paprika
• Fresh or dried chili pepper
• Salt

Procedure
1. Blend the cannellini beans with oil, salt, and a bit of broth until a smooth cream is achieved.
2. Sauté the kale in a pan until soft.
3. Prepare the spicy sauce by heating the tomato passata with paprika and chili pepper.
4. Serve the white cream, add the kale, and top with a spoonful of spicy red sauce.
