First, you need to get started with the sauce preparation:
Into a pan pour some oil, and brown a previously chopped onion for a few minutes.
Add the finely chopped tomatoes, a pinch of salt, pepper and basil leaves. Then, cook for about ten minutes.
Dunk some breadcrumbs in a bowl of milk, and add some finely chopped parsley. Squeeze the crumbs well and add all the ingredients into a bowl and start to blend the mixture well.
With your damp hands, gradually form the mixture into meatballs about the size of some golf balls.
Then, in a pan with a little oil, sear the meatballs a few minutes on each side.
Finally, add the tomato sauce to the meatballs and cook for 20 minutes.
Now, serve your meatballs hot with a sprinkling of parsley!
